About The Position
The 2027 BNY Analyst Program in Risk and Compliance is designed for individuals interested in understanding and managing risk within a global financial services company. Analysts will gain hands-on experience working with global teams across various risk areas, including credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk. The program aims to build an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm. Risk & Compliance establishes the framework, policies, guidance, and tools for risk and compliance management, providing independent oversight and monitoring across BNY.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

- Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance, monitoring, and compliance efforts.
- Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk.
