About The Position

The BNY Analyst Program within the Office of the CFO's Delivery Practice is designed to transform strategy into action. Through rotations and high-impact projects, participants will gain hands-on experience in areas such as process and value-stream mapping, PI planning, capacity and dependency management, governance, change execution, and continuous improvement. Analysts will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to align priorities with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), identify risks early, and ensure delivery progress. The program also explores the application of AI-enabled tools and trusted data to streamline analysis, uncover insights, and support decision-making. Exposure to the Enterprise Transformation Hub will provide insight into how enterprise priorities and cross-platform initiatives converge, and how to shape the standards, skills, tools, and measures for large-scale delivery.
