About The Position
Join our team at Hansel BMW as a BMW Genius and help create an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will provide expert product knowledge, support the sales team, and guide customers through vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits. Location: Fully onsite at Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, CA. Position: Full-Time.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for technology and the BMW brand
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media
- Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on BMW vehicles, features, and technology
- Support Client Advisors throughout the sales process
- Deliver engaging and personalized product demonstrations
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up
- Maintain current knowledge of BMW products and competitor offerings
- Help ensure a world-class customer experience and high customer satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for vehicle deliveries, product demonstrations, and BMW technology orientations while maintaining excellent customer communication.
