About The Position

Voss Village BMW is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor who provides excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of technology. In this role, you will sell BMW vehicles and explain their technology and performance in a friendly yet competitive environment. Prior automotive sales experience is not required; training and development are provided.

Requirements

• Be self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet goals.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid, clean driver's license.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate BMW technology and performance.
• Arrange timely, enthusiastic delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
• Seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, and other sources.
• Complete paperwork and log all client communications.
• Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings focused on product knowledge and sales skills.
