Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Be available to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace; all candidates must successfully pass a drug test
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor with proven expertise in building and sustaining relationships—truly a "people person"
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office
  • Capability to create and upload engaging videos across social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Previous automotive sales experience required; high-line automotive sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a comfortable and relaxed setting to understand their needs
  • Discuss vehicle options, features, and benefits in a clear and informative manner
  • Prepare accurate quotes and explain finance and lease options thoroughly
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to internet leads promptly
  • Follow up with customers through phone, internet, and dealership technology platforms
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise
  • Master in-depth knowledge of vehicle technology and features
  • Conduct vehicle test drives with customers to showcase key features
  • Prospect and generate new sales leads actively
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
