About The Position

Open Road Auto Group is seeking a Product Specialist to serve customers throughout the car-buying process. The role involves presenting vehicles and explaining their features and warranties, conducting test drives, answering questions about vehicles, financing, and purchasing, and matching customers’ requirements and interests to appropriate vehicles. Product Specialists are expected to keep current with manufacturer training and knowledge of the vehicles available for purchase.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to customers throughout the entire car-buying process.
Showcase vehicles and explain their features and warranties.
Take customers on test drives.

Stay up to date on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable about vehicles available to purchase.
