About The Position

Open Road Auto Group is seeking a Product Specialist to help customers throughout the car-buying process. The role involves showcasing vehicles, explaining features and warranties, arranging test drives, answering questions about cars and the financing and purchase processes, and matching buyers with suitable vehicles based on their needs and interests. Product Specialists keep their vehicle knowledge current through manufacturer training.
