About The Position

The Blow Mold Operator performs team assignments and maintains housekeeping while starting, shutting down, monitoring, and adjusting blow-mold machines and related equipment. The role operates blow-mold and Auto Pack machines and associated equipment, monitors and records machine functions, and maintains product quality. Duties also include unloading railcars, loading and unloading bottle trailers, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Demonstrate safe and excellent safety work habits.
• Obtain a license and operate a forklift.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds frequently.
• Be able to learn and perform all positions.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have good human relations skills, including the ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all team assignments and maintain housekeeping.
• Start, shut down, monitor, and adjust blow-mold machines and related equipment.
• Operate blow-mold and Auto Pack machines and associated equipment.
• Monitor and record machine functions, including temperatures, pressures, and speeds.
• Maintain quality aspects such as weights, necks, weak spots, and leak checks.
• Unload railcars and load and unload bottle trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
