About The Position

The Blender supports the Production team at TreeHouse Foods’ Manawa location, helping drive and support initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. The role involves lifting 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday, working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced and dirty environment, completing paperwork and quality checks, and using strong math skills and attention to detail. The position is full time, starts at $27.76 per hour plus shift differential, and follows a second-shift schedule of 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use a computer to document production information and print paperwork.
Strong mathematical skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced and dirty environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
