About The Position

The Blender Operator at Newly Weds Foods in Gerald, Missouri operates and maintains blender equipment to process raw ingredients into dry food blends. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience operating food processing equipment, preferably a blender.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without assistance or support from Newly Weds Foods.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the blender machine according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve the desired blend consistency.
• Measure and weigh ingredients before loading them into the blender.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform quality checks to confirm blends meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
