About The Position

At Henkel, this position is part of the Consumer Brands business unit, which produces Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. Processing Technicians batch soaps and detergent products to supply packaging lines, using automated and manual systems. The role operates on 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with overtime as required and a $4.00 shift differential. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The stated hourly pay is $21.10; additional compensation may include shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms depending on role and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of current, recent manufacturing experience.
• Basic to intermediate math and computer skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• General mechanical aptitude.

• Previous experience with batching processes.
• Previous forklift operation experience.
• Teamwork-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Batch soaps and detergent products to supply packaging lines using automated and manual systems.
• Operate equipment to perform batching tasks and rotate to different assignment areas as required.
• Receive and handle chemical raw materials and operate a forklift to move raw materials.
• Complete written documentation and enter data into a computer.
• Communicate regularly with packaging lines and other support teams.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.
