About The Position

Responsible for placing stacks of filled product racks into the blast tunnel. The primary tasks of the position involve grasping a stack of product racks on a wheel, which has been staged outside the entrance to the blast tunnel, pulling or pushing the stack (requiring walking with the stack), positioning the stack into one of three lanes in the blast tunnel by aligning wheels with tracks in the floor, pushing the stack onto the tracks, and onto the blast tunnel chain. The operator then releases the stack of racks, and the blast tunnel chain pulls it through the blast tunnel. Other tasks include assisting in removing rack spills in the blast tunnel as needed and picking up product that falls out of the rack and processing it according to procedure.

Requirements

• At least six months of relative operator experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
