About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends while providing customers with an exceptional experience. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team and contributes positively to the store team. This is a part-time position requiring availability for 20–40 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
Ability to work 20–40 hours per week with schedule flexibility, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Ability to frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
Ability to talk or hear regularly; sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel items, and reach, twist, or squat frequently.
Ability to maneuver around sales-floor, stockroom, and office areas.
Vision abilities including close and distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Stay current on financial goals and priorities and support leadership in meeting sales and operational goals.
Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
Represent the PacSun brand through enthusiasm for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
