About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bistro Server/Cook to join our hotel team. Both AM and PM shifts are available. This position combines guest service with food and beverage preparation. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both cooking and serving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take guest orders and accurately process payments
• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Prepare coffee and other beverages
• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, Bistro, and dining area
• Stock supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
• Assist other team members and departments when needed
