About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Bistro Server/Cook to join our hotel team. This position combines guest service with food and beverage preparation. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling both cooking and serving responsibilities.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take guest orders and accurately process payments
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Prepare coffee and other beverages
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, Bistro, and dining area
- Stock supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
- Assist other team members and departments when needed
