The cook will also manage food supply and equipment inventory, place orders, and maintain daily logs for temperature and waste. Responsibilities extend to receiving and inspecting food deliveries, restocking supplies, cleaning kitchen and dining areas, and processing payments. Compliance with company policies and completion of alcohol awareness training are required.
