About The Position
Join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Willoughby as a Part-Time Bistro Attendant. This role involves providing friendly and efficient service to hotel guests, preparing and serving breakfast and lighter food offerings, and handling beverages. If you enjoy working with people, can comfortably move between cooking, bartending, serving guests, and other Bistro responsibilities, and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and professional with a strong focus on guest service
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage is a plus
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills preferred
- Bartending knowledge or experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items during our busier morning shifts
- Prepare, cook, and serve lighter food offerings during evening shifts
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Take guest orders, operate the POS system, and handle payments
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Stock supplies and keep the Bistro organized and guest-ready
- Multitask and assist wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience
