About The Position
Join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Willoughby as a Part-Time Bistro Attendant. This role involves providing friendly and efficient service to hotel guests, preparing and serving breakfast and lighter food offerings, and responsibly serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for taking guest orders, operating the POS system, handling payments, assisting with food preparation and kitchen cleanliness, stocking supplies, and ensuring the Bistro is organized and guest-ready. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask between cooking, bartending, and serving, and is looking for a flexible part-time opportunity.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and professional with a strong focus on guest service
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage is a plus
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills preferred
- Bartending knowledge or experience preferred
Responsibilities
