About The Position
This role involves performing cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. The Housekeeper is expected to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring that housekeeping departmental standards are followed. The position also requires responding in a timely manner to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels, while maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies and reporting any necessary maintenance items. Adherence to departmental policies and procedures, as well as all safety and sanitation policies, is crucial. The role may also involve assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests and performing additional duties as needed.
