About The Position

The Birthday Party Team Member provides excellent guest service and works with customers to create a great birthday party experience. The role works with guest services, food and beverage departments, and management at Highlands Sports Complex in Triadelphia, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome participants, parents, and community members.
• Ensure participants and visitors are present for the specific permitted event.
• Direct or assist with decorating the party space.
• Organize and facilitate games and activities.
• Ensure purchased packages and items are received.
• Operate arcade, e-sports, and other venue-specific devices.
• Oversee the use of entertainment equipment.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide courteous, friendly, first-in-class service to guests.
• Be knowledgeable about facility practices, events, and meeting dates and times.
• Know and enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
