About The Position
The Cashier provides quality service and consistent products to attendees of Highlands Sports Complex. This part-time position is in the Food & Beverage department and reports to the Director of Operations. The role involves operating a cash register, balancing a cash drawer, communicating positively with patrons, working in a fast-paced environment with large groups, and keeping dining and concession areas clean. Additional tasks may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be available on weekends and nights, as well as some weekdays.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- May be required to stand for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- One year of customer service experience with the general public is preferred.
- Prior food industry experience is preferred.
- Must be detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer according to SOP guidelines.
- Communicate with patrons in a positive, friendly manner.
- Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced work environment.
- Clean dining and concession areas.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
