About The Position

THSC SFM, LLC is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented Custodian for Highlands Sports Complex in Triadelphia, West Virginia. The Custodian performs routine and special cleaning projects, including cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. The role also includes maintaining exterior areas and responding to cleaning requests. The position is part-time and requires schedule flexibility, including days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of janitorial experience.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts and long hours.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Ability to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods indoors or outdoors, and to squat, stoop, or bend.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods.
• Ability to climb elevated areas using equipment such as ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up of building areas as directed.
• Maintain exterior areas, green space, and the parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
