The Little Gym is seeking a Birthday Party Lead Instructor who loves kids, enjoys being active, and wants to have fun at work. This role involves leading and assisting with birthday parties and special events, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families. The position is ideal for someone who is energetic, enjoys making others feel good, and can balance fun with responsibility. The Little Gym is a global leader in children's physical development, offering gymnastics-based programs in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child
- Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
- Be in a good mood
- Love to have fun, but know when to buckle down and do work
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
Responsibilities
- Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children and Families at each party
