About The Position
The Katz JCC is dedicated to hosting fun and stress-free birthday parties for every family we celebrate with. We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to lead our birthday parties and guarantee the best birthday experience for each family we host. We are looking for candidates with weekend availability and strong leadership qualities. The person who takes on this role will work up to 6 hours weekly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Customer service and strong communication skills preferred
- Fun, upbeat, and good with kids
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift
- Confident to lead activities and party
- Must have weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Assist birthday family with arrival and departure
- Set up and clean up party room
- Host party and lead activities for kids
- Communicate and cater to the needs of birthday family
- Serve pizza and cake
- Provide a fun and safe experience for birthday guests
