About The Position

Maintain the equipment pool inventory for hospitals during periods of high census, COVID, or other high-demand situations. Ensure equipment is clean and in working order. Fulfill equipment requests, securely pack equipment, arrange courier pickup and delivery, and follow up with customers to confirm receipt. Keep the database current with equipment locations and availability. Manage the rental system database and data entry, create requisitions for invoice payments, perform database keypunch, and provide customer service follow-up.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in a customer service field or another related field.
