Biomed Equipment Pool Tech
About The Position
The Biomed Equipment Pool Tech maintains the equipment pool inventory for hospitals during periods of high census, COVID, or other high-demand situations. The role ensures equipment is clean and in working order; fulfills equipment requests; packs equipment securely; schedules courier pickup and delivery; and follows up with customers to confirm receipt. The position also updates the database to track equipment locations and availability, manages the rental system database and data entry, creates requisitions for invoice payments, performs database keypunch, and provides customer service follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Two years of experience in a customer service field or another related field.
Responsibilities
