About The Position
The Biology Department of the School of Sciences and Health Professions at Simmons University is seeking applicants for an adjunct instructor position in the Biology Department to teach Biol 113 Labs in person, to begin September 2, 2026 and end December 19, 2026. Biol 113 – General Biology introduces basic principles of biology, including cell structure and function, biochemistry and metabolism, Mendelian and molecular genetics, and discussion of the theory of evolution. Includes lecture and laboratory sessions.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree
- Experience teaching Biology courses.
