About The Position
The Biology Department invites applications for adjunct faculty positions for the 2024-2025 academic year. These part-time positions become available in Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 for a variety of non-major Biology courses, including in general biology, genetics, environmental dynamics, and anatomy & physiology. The ability to teach in-person on-campus is expected.
Requirements
- MA or MS degree or higher in the biological sciences required.
- Experience and ability to positively interact with diverse student populations and groups.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- College-level teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach a variety of non-major Biology courses, including general biology, genetics, environmental dynamics, and anatomy & physiology.
- Teach in-person on-campus.
