About The Position

This is an office-based position in Indianapolis, IN. The Bioanalytical Associate Resource Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring project-related supplies are available to operations staff in a reliable and timely manner. This role involves monitoring correspondence to anticipate incoming requests, entering information and ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating issue resolution with the Study Director and lab staff. Additionally, the position requires ensuring reference standards are stored appropriately and units are maintained. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
3 years or more in a support role
3 years or more experience working with computerized data

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelors degree in life sciences or chemistry preferred
Knowledge of study supply requirements in applicable discipline
Proven organization, observation, and problem solving skills
Ability to find a resolution or escalate issues

Responsibilities

Ensure project-related supplies are available to operations staff in a reliable and timely manner.
