The Bioanalytical Associate Resource Coordinator ensures project-related supplies are available to operations staff in a reliable and timely manner, monitors correspondence, manages data accuracy, coordinates issue resolution, and maintains reference standards.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
3 years or more in a support role
3 years or more experience working with computerized data
Knowledge of study supply requirements in applicable discipline
Proven organization, observation, and problem solving skills
Ability to find a resolution or escalate issues

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelors degree in life sciences or chemistry preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure project-related supplies are available to operations staff in a reliable and timely manner.
Monitor correspondence to anticipate incoming requests.
Enter information and assume responsibility for accuracy of data.
Coordinate resolution of issues with Study Director and lab staff.
Ensure reference standards are stored appropriately and units are maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
