About The Position

As a Bindery Specialist, you’ll work in a high-quality team environment and participate in finishing and kitting printed marketing, promotional, and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink-wrapping, paper-drilling, padding, and other small finishing equipment, as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large-equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials produced are used throughout the enterprise, including in stores, in recruiting new talent to work in Target stores, and in shipments directly to guests. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. The role is performed primarily on-site at a Target HQ location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and directions with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following job instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Print experience preferred but not required.
