About The Position

The Billing Support Specialist will work within our industry leading Institutional division, will play a key role providing office management support for two corporate account managers. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from these associates and ensures all necessary reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. As a critical role for the business, this position expeditiously and effectively resolves the issues and concerns of large, multi-unit corporate account customers. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years minimum of administrative support experience
  • Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress
  • SAP experience
  • EDI Customer Portals – Ex. ARIBA, OpenInvoice, iSupplier, etc.
  • Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must.
  • Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing
  • Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation.
  • Assisting with sales reporting and documentation
  • Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors
  • Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues
  • Provides general administrative support to the District Manager and Sales positions
  • Generates and maintains confidential information and administers company policy and procedures
  • Manage the daily operation of the office, which will include mail and telephone reception
