About The Position
Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1981 to provide quality, accessible healthcare to underserved populations. With six clinical sites, TCCH offers comprehensive primary care services including dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health, and endocrinology. They also connect patients to social services and ensure medication access through direct delivery. TCCH is growing and seeking a passionate Billing Specialist to join their team at the Pasco administrative building, aligning with their core values of Quality, Respect, and Service.
Nice To Haves
- Billing certificate or degree
- Two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, medical/dental billing, and/or data processing
- Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other)
Responsibilities
- Reviews all billing activity daily
- Manages accounts receivable
- Resolves patient billing problems and unpaid claims with insurance companies, as observed by manager
