About The Position

Are you passionate about making a difference behind the scenes in healthcare? As a Billing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to everyone in our community—regardless of their ability to pay. In this role, you'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of medical claims, insurance billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation while helping maintain the financial health of our organization. Working closely with providers, patients, and insurance partners, you'll help remove financial barriers to care by ensuring billing is handled with accuracy, integrity, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence. They thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving problems, and understand that every claim processed and every patient assisted contributes to healthier individuals and stronger communities.

High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with behavioral health billing preferred.
Experience with practice management software preferred.
