Requirements

Highschool diploma or GED is required.
Proven experience in the accounting field.
Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.
Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.
Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.
Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
Assist Service Department with invoicing.
Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.
Complete a weekly shipment audit.
Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.
All other duties assigned.
