About The Position

Katapult Network is recruiting an entry-level Billing Specialist to oversee the billing process for customers. The role may involve processing payments, maintaining organized financial records, and calculating bill totals. Recent college graduates and other entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, in person, and pays $40,000–$50,000 per year. Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Communicate ideas clearly in written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with people inside and outside the organization.
Develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize, and complete work in a timely manner.
Use analytical thinking and multitasking to approach tasks in a detailed, goal-driven manner.
Comfort with office software, including Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases.
Mathematical reasoning, including the ability to calculate, post, and manage figures and records and select appropriate mathematical methods to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Create charts and graphs using computer spreadsheets to illustrate technical reports.
Search financial statements for payment errors or inconsistencies.
Create invoices and billing materials to send to customers.
Input payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial information.
Calculate and track company financial statements.
Collaborate with customers, third-party institutions, and team members to resolve billing errors and inconsistencies.
Find financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance.
Assist with new projects and report results to senior leadership.
