About The Position

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position where the Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily billing, invoice corrections, and creating/maintaining equipment MSO's. This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an excellent benefits package.

Requirements

3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a medium-to-large company environment
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Strong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes with expertise in billing
Strong time management skills
Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
The ability to handle stress, to manage time and people and to analyze numbers
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with using SAP is preferable

Responsibilities

Process customer billing & credit invoices in SAP.
Verify the accuracy of the invoice information including sales price vs cost, sales tax & freight.
Create and maintain Equipment Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for equipment sales.
Assist the Credit and Collections team in setting up customer information in SAP & monitoring credit blocks in SAP.
Assist the accounting, customer service & sales with invoice & credit memo issues and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
