About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Representative to join our Billing team. While this is an entry-level position, prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required. If you have experience handling invoices, payment processing, or resolving billing issues and are ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or invoice-related customer service is required. (This is not a training role for someone without prior billing exposure.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with payment platforms, merchant services, or subscription billing tools is a plus.
• Pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to resolve billing questions efficiently and professionally.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients (calls, email, tickets, chat) regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account issues.
• Process and reconcile customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging reports and assist in reducing past-due balances through proactive outreach and collection efforts.
• Learn and navigate billing tools and systems such as TBS, Hubspot, and Monday.com.
