About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and sending invoices to clients, as well providing customer service when needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accurate invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage invoicing service calls within 24 hours of them being completed daily.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing information.
  • Meet monthly invoicing deadlines and performance targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
