About The Position

MISTRAS Group is seeking a Temporary Billing Clerk to support field and shop inspection operations in Savannah, GA. The Billing Clerk/Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Management team to assist in travel planning, shipping/receiving, scheduling and various other tasks as needed. Proficient Computer skills with all Microsoft programs and the ability to manage multiple databases is a necessity for this Job.

Requirements

  • Proficient with computers, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and trainable in “database” programs
  • Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Must be able to Multi-Task
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication, organizational and Multi-Tasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • college is preferred
  • PCMS Database experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting day to day operations of the project.
  • Travel planning and scheduling for remote projects
  • Coordinate all logistics for the project including shipping, procurement, travel, etc.
  • Manage and track multiple databases.
  • Collect weekly timesheets from all employees and review for accuracy.
  • Provide daily reports to Mistras Management on status of specific components of projects.
  • Work closely with Management on various projects and tasks.
  • Must exhibit strong professionalism within the working environment.
