This position is responsible for addressing and resolving complex patient inquiries, concerns, and billing-related issues across various areas including eligibility, claims, denials, appeals, patient balances, collections and financial assistance. The role involves receiving, responding to, and directing member phone calls and emails. It requires some knowledge of the billing and healthcare field and meeting patient needs by offering multiple options and solutions. The position is based out of the TRA Administrative office in Downtown Tacoma, WA, with free, secured parking included. The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
