Under general direction, manages the daily operations of the Billing & Collection (B&C) Division by supervising staff, coordinating workflow, and allocating resources to ensure efficient service delivery. Provides technical guidance on the City's billing and collection processes and supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in implementing policies and procedures. Ensures division activities comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and established financial policies.
