About The Position
The Billing & Patient Services Specialist is a dual-function role responsible for both patient registration and billing/collections operations in a high-volume endoscopy center. This position serves as a key link between the front office and business office, ensuring an excellent patient experience at check-in while supporting accurate billing, timely collections, and efficient revenue cycle performance. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of endoscopy billing workflows.
