About The Position

Stanley CDJR Brownwood is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Biller / Title Clerk to join its Accounting and Business Office team. The role supports vehicle transactions after a sale, from billing through accounting, titling, registration, and final completion. Dealership experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train the right person. Web Dealer experience is a plus, not a requirement. The position offers the opportunity to learn automotive dealership accounting and develop toward other accounting and business office roles with increasing responsibility.

Previous dealership, title, accounting, banking, or administrative experience.
Experience with Web Dealer.

Responsibilities

Bill new and used vehicle sales accurately and on time.
Review deal paperwork for completeness, signatures, and accuracy.
Prepare and process vehicle titles and registrations.
Process temporary tags, plate transfers, and other registration transactions.
Learn and use Web Dealer and other dealership systems.
Verify lienholder and vehicle information.
Track outstanding titles and follow up on missing documentation.
Identify and help resolve paperwork discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized dealership records.
Work with the sales, finance, and accounting teams.
Assist with other accounting office responsibilities while learning and developing.
