About The Position

SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking an experienced, motivated, reliable, and personable Bilingual Training Coordinator to join its team in Midlothian, Virginia. The role supports the growth and development of the franchise team by helping ensure employees are properly trained and complete work according to SERVPRO franchise procedures and processes. The ideal candidate communicates well, multitasks effectively, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys supporting employees as they learn new skills.

Requirements

At least one year of business experience, preferably in training or onboarding.
Bilingual ability is required.
Knowledge of current business software technologies.
Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A background check will be conducted before the hire date.

Responsibilities

Administer new-hire paperwork and communicate with new hires throughout the process to support quality onboarding.
Onboard and train new hires using SERVPRO standard processes.
Assign assets to new hires and track them in the HRIS system.
Conduct training according to SERVPRO standard processes.
Support coordination of on-site employee training.
Renew employee training on a consistent basis.
Set up, protect, and track technology.
Facilitate continuing education training and classes.
