About The Position

Compass Family Services is seeking a temporary Bilingual Training Coordinator to join the C-Work team. This role focuses on supporting participants in a program designed to help them start careers in Early Childhood Education. The program involves enrollment in Early Childhood courses at community colleges, completion of paid internships at local childcare centers/preschools, and ultimately finding jobs in the field. The Training Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to participants throughout their enrollment, education, and training journey.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish AND English required.
Deep understanding of issues facing homeless and at-risk families, and trauma-informed care.
Proficiency with computer programs, including Word/Excel/Outlook.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work.

Nice To Haves

Professional experience in Workforce Development and/or Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct extensive outreach in the community to promote the program and enroll participants.
Support participants throughout their time in the program, assisting with enrollment into the program and classes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Run a peer support group for program participants.
Maintain partnerships with early childhood education centers, education programs, and other relevant organizations.
Maintain up-to-date participant files and enter data into the Salesforce database.
