Bilingual Training and Workforce Coordinator (Program Specialist II, Grade 21)
About The Position
This position supports the Latino Health Initiative (LHI) by leading the development, coordination, and delivery of culturally and linguistically appropriate trainings, curricula, and educational materials in Spanish. The role centers on advancing health promotion strategies for Latino communities through popular education and participatory training methods. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilitating Spanish language trainings and workshops using participatory/popular education techniques. Developing bilingual curricula, training protocols, and educational materials tailored for Latino communities. Coordinating annual work plans, program implementation timelines, and evaluation activities. Supporting program budgets, contract monitoring, and reporting. Developing and maintaining partnerships with community organizations and practicum sites. Providing multilingual community outreach, including digital health promotion and public speaking. Supporting grant proposal components (narrative, work plan, data, etc.). Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Bilingual applicants in Spanish to English languages are encouraged to apply. This position requires the ability to attend meetings or perform work at locations outside the office. Work Schedule: Flexibility is required as program activities, community events, or outreach sessions may take place during evening or weekend hours. Telework: This position may be eligible for limited hybrid telework, up to two days per week after the initial training period.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of professional experience in curriculum development and training for Spanish-speaking populations.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Completion of a pre-employment Medical History Form to assess your ability to safely perform the essential duties of the role.

Benefits
- The anticipated hiring range for this position will be $72,567 to $104,095, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
