About The Position

Lyra Health is seeking a Program Specialist - Workforce Transformation. This role requires a mental health subject matter expert with strong presentation, facilitation, and content development skills, specifically focused on workplace mental health promotion. The position offers the opportunity to deliver trainings for major organizations, collaborate on innovative learning content, and support the scaling of the presenter and facilitator program. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in mental health, organizational development, and behavior change, a proven track record as a presenter, the ability to translate research into engaging content, and strong collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work
  • Expertise in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, and/or corporate mental health
  • Dynamic public speaking abilities and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and tools fluently and clearly
  • Experience with developing engaging psychoeducational content for live presentations and written assets
  • Professional experience working with internal and external stakeholders as a consultant or subject matter expert on mental health, mental health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and/or corporate mental health
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues and designers on content creation
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of strict writing deadlines
  • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Blue Jeans, and Cisco Webex

Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic, high-quality, and impactful live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Collaborate on the development and customization of innovative educational content that demonstrates Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed insights
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert by consulting with cross-functional partners and reviewing externally facing materials for clarity and clinical accuracy
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new presenters and facilitators
