We are seeking a Workforce Development Project Manager to join our team in Lake City, Florida, supporting strategic workforce initiatives for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two. Embedded within the District office, this position serves as a trusted partner to district leadership and key client stakeholders, providing leadership in workforce development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development programs. Working closely with executive leadership, managers, and subject matter experts, this role is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of workforce development initiatives that support FDOT's operational goals and long-term workforce needs. The selected candidate will lead high-visibility training and development programs, facilitate strategic learning opportunities, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement across a diverse workforce. This position requires a strong combination of project management, stakeholder engagement and leadership development expertise.
