We are seeking a detail-oriented Time and Attendance (T&A) Implementation Specialist to oversee the rollout and optimization of our new timekeeping systems. You will be the vital link between our field operational needs, our internal payroll team, and the technology team. This temporary role assignment will last approximately 4-5 months with the possibility of an extension based on the progress of the project.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of and experience with Time and Attendance platforms, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), Excel, data exchange and systems implementations
  • Ability to identify errors quickly in hundreds of timecards and resolve issues promptly.
  • Bilingual (Required: English and Spanish)
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees from front line crew to leadership.
  • Familiarity with FLSA, timekeeping and labor laws

Responsibilities

  • Learn our current T&A processes to assist in each phase of the T&A (Miter) rollout to ensure there are no misses during the transition.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for crew leaders who have questions or need assistance with the system.
  • Review employees’ time entry to resolve discrepancies, missed punches, overtime or any other anomalies.
  • Import data from the T&A (Miter) system to the ERP (Foundation/Net Suite) to ensure hours match and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure the company records comply with all labor laws.
  • Create documentation and conduct training for Crew Leaders to ensure self-sufficiency post-launch.
  • Work with internal partners to address systemic issues.
